Elizabeth facilitated a 2 day retreat with our team of 25. In our conversations ahead, she listened deeply and was able to intuit the underlying challenges and issues that were showing up in our system and relationships. The content was practical, applicable and easy to implement back in the workplace. As well, the personal growth and development had a positive impact on a range of diverse team members. She introduced many new concepts and tools, and also balanced the time and space needed to process and learn. We left every day feeling more energized than when we started!
