Leadership Coaching
A leader has been defined by Brene Brown as someone who holds him or herself accountable for finding potential in people. Including his or her self. With this definition in mind, all of us have the potential, and opportunity to be effective leaders. People who are looking to improve their business often are learning how to lead themselves, their company, their employees or their colleagues to better results.
In leadership coaching, clients work with Elizabeth specifically to identify their desired outcome. The client sets the agenda in terms of their goals and aspirations. Elizabeth works with these motivated clients individually to move them toward the desired attributes of the person they wish to become to achieve their goals. One critically effective piece of this coaching is the accountability that the client holds for their own growth during and following the coaching. Leadership coaching is a game changer. The client and coach together create the bridge between what is and what is desired. |
I came away with information and tools to help improve my communication and relationships. I love how you open doors and provide life changing insights. Now that you have shown me and I have seen it - I cannot un- see it ~ R. S
