Coaching for Non-Profits
As President of Canadian non-profit, The Building Hope Society, Elizabeth has years of experience working in the environment of not-for-profit organizations. She understands that the work of non-profits is passion driven. People often feel called to these organizations and as such the work done is very often motivated by vision.
The public count on non-profits to be accountable, honest, open and trustworthy to those who invest in the organization. Often a board of directors oversees the work of the executive, who work with employees, funders and volunteers. As such there are many teams, groups, and individuals within these groups, who function autonomously as well as within the larger organization. It takes a devoted and skillful leader to keep such a diverse and invested team on point.
Coaching can have a significant positive impact on the workings of non-profit organizations.

"We could not have accomplished this without your fabulous guidance – I could not have compiled this without the materials that came out of the planning session. Thank you, as always, for your incredible insightfulness and wonderful smile and grace.
